Moreover, there will be visiting exhibition in Nagoya Gallery from Saturday July 27th to Sunday August 18th!

Swimming graciously in water = dancing figure makes us feel its fascinating beauty

Goldfish is a familiar fish for us since Edo period as a summer featuring creature. In this exhibition, we focus on the beauty of goldfish swimming graciously. Their color, form and the move of tail fluke unique to goldfish make it look like dancing in the water. Artworks cutting out the beauty of the instance which you can’t recognize only by watching goldfish will bring you the fresh air just before the full scale summer heat.

deme＊tyoubi famous as Goldfish writer and utakokeshi popular in SNS will exhibit photos for the first time. Illustrator Haru Nishimura famous for the goldfish figure living in imaginary world and yamakeiart will make the site into relaxing space! In the Special booth on site, you can enjoy goldfish artwork floating in the air and video. For goods sales, Armadillo Shoten popular with summer taste paper fan and hand towel with Japanese taste goldfish and Hideki Hosaka with handmade glass artworks will be there. Please enjoy colorful goldfish festival with more than 1000 sorts.
